Life isn’t always simple. At times, it confronts us with challenges that are difficult to navigate, situations we cannot change or control. In those moments, a new perspective — a gentler, more positive approach — can make all the difference.

Creating and sharing this artistic practice helps me cultivate a calmer and more balanced state of mind. It also opens a space where others can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

I enjoy exploring different techniques and working with what each one uniquely offers: watercolor, gouache, acrylic, colored pencils, soft or oil pastels, and sometimes even digital tools.
