Return Policy
At Boutique de Moments, I take great care in preparing each order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To request a return, please contact: info@boutiquedemoments.com
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the easiest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
